About Peter

Peter Geer

Peter Geer Construction is owned and operated by Peter Geer. Peter has a general contracting license as well as a painting license. He brings over 26 years of construction and maintenance knowledge to the business. He has extensive experience with water damage remediation, dry rot repairs and performs the maintenance and turnovers of approximately 800 rental units in Yolo County and the surrounding area. Having worked on this many rental units, extensive knowledge has been gained through inspections, troubleshooting and repairs. Peter has worked on homes built from the 1800`s to present, so he is well versed on the construction methods and practices used throughout the years. This knowledge is crucial in knowing how to perform repairs and preventative maintenance of dry rot along with a multitude of other home issues.

Additionally, Peter has 6 years extensive experience building high quality steel buildings, 5 years of dedicated roofing experience, including: tearing off, laying shingle, hot, torch-on, and tile roofs. Along the course of his career, he also has 18 years of performing Section 2 related work.

 
 
About Jeff

Jeff Beverett

Jeff Beverett is the Project Manager for PG Construction and comes to us with over 25 years experience in the industry. Jeff has ties to the Veterans community through his Service with the USMC which ended in 1997. During his service, Jeff was responsible for overseeing and managing over 100 soldiers at any given time. This developed his ability to communicate and interact with all personality types, an advantage he uses in day to day business. After leaving the military, he became a union electrician working in the Bay area for many years before starting his own business as a General Contractor. As a business owner his knowledge base expanded, encompassing the business side of things and giving him a better understanding of cost analysis and forecasting jobs. In 2012, Jeff decided to close his business and travel, expanding his knowledge and experience through these endeavors. Upon his return to Northern California, Jeff went to work as a Project Superintendent, working mostly in commercial industrial construction, and has remained in that role for the past 4 years. His military training, coupled with his proclivity for detail has turned out extraordinary craftsmanship.

Jeff's abilities are extensive and include, but aren't limited to:
Plumbing; IBEW Industrial Commercial Electrician; Framing; Local 3 Heavy Machinery Operator; Sheetrock; Concrete: foundation as well as commercial and residential pony wall/flat slab; Flooring; Decking; Painting; Maintenance weatherproofing; 8 years section 1 work termite, carpenter ant, wood boring insects and wood rot removal and replace He is very well versed in the California Building Codes and makes sure every project passes inspection the first time! We are thrilled to have this outstanding individual as our go to guy.
